    How we charge

    One rate across the network, whoever takes your project. The amount depends on the scope, so you get it in writing with the estimate, before we start.

    By the hourOne-off consulting or development. Every request is estimated and you approve it before we work; the more hours, the lower the hourly rate.

    In Chile, amounts in UF plus VAT, invoiced in pesos at the day's UF value. Elsewhere, in US dollars plus the taxes that apply in your country. Projects are contracted directly with whoever takes your project.

    Every request comes in through the help desk and we rank it by its real impact on your operation. These are the times we commit to, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

    • Before we work, we tell you how many hours it will take. You approve, and there are no surprises.
    • If we take longer than estimated, those hours are on us.
    • Each request uses at least 1 hour, then half-hour blocks.

    What if my project is not written down?

    No need. Book a virtual meeting or ask us to call you, and we will map it out with you, with no commitment.

    What if my consultant leaves the project?

    The network assigns another consultant, who picks it up from the standard documentation we keep from day one.

    What if I already have Odoo and it was left halfway?

    We start with a diagnosis: the actual state, the risks and a plan to continue. If you continue with us within 60 days, it is fully credited.

    What if my Odoo is an old version?

    We work from Odoo 10 to Odoo 20. We review your modules and bring you to the current version, with testing before the switch.

    What if we take longer than estimated?

    Before we work, we tell you how many hours it will take. If we take longer, those hours are on us.

    What if something critical fails?

    If you cannot invoice, sell or log into the system, we rank it as critical: we respond within 1 business hour and resolve it the same day, using your plan’s available hours.

    What if my company is not in Chile?

    The network has consultants in Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Spain and the United States, working remotely and on-site.

    What happens to the price if I get a different consultant?

    Nothing: the rate is the same across the network, whoever takes your project.

    What if I only need a few hours?

    You can buy custom consulting or development hours; the more hours, the lower the hourly rate.

    From day one we document to the same standard across the network. If a consultant leaves your project, another network consultant picks it up from there, without starting over.
